Fast paced, fun-filled classes are approximately 30 minutes long. The key is the emphasis on advancement and growth based on each child's individual pace. Classes become more challenging as each child demonstrates the readiness to accept more complex skills. Children will begin to grasp the concept of self-discipline as they achieve their goals. When he/she tackles more difficult goals, the self-confidence grows and serves as a strong foundation in all aspects of life, including academics, sports, arts, and socially as well. There are many reasons for kids to become involved in the martial arts. We have developed a program based on traditional Taekwondo for kids called Karate for Kids. The Karate Kid system is based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. Click HERE for more information!


Taekwondo is not just for kids.  We have many teens and adults that enjoy the benefits of martial arts training. Our training programs give teens and adults an opportunity to test their limits, increase confidence, practice real life self-defense techniques, unwind and get in shape.  We have several families that train together since our programs are adaptable to all fitness levels. The Protech Training System was developed under the direction of the founder, Eternal Grand Master H. U. Lee. ATA Xtreme (aka XMA or Xtreme Martial Arts) is a combination of techniques, methods of movements and philosophies from all martial arts styles. It is a mixture of virtually all martial arts styles blended together with high-flying acrobatics and gymnastics and the hottest Hong Kong “Chop-Saki” action.
